St-Germain
French floral liqueur
St-Germain is a French elderflower liqueur, pale gold and floral, used in cocktails.
It became fashionable in the 2000s and appears in countless bar menus: a French 75 with St-Germain, St-Germain and champagne.
The sweetness and distinctive bottle shape make it recognizable.
Named after a Paris neighborhood.
