Saint Teresa
Ávila's mystical nun
Saint Teresa most commonly refers to Teresa of Ávila, the 16th-century Spanish mystic and reformer of the Carmelite order, or to Mother Teresa, the 20th-century nun who worked with the poor in Calcutta.
Both were canonized by the Catholic Church.
The name appears in references to religious devotion, charitable work, or mystical experience: She's no Saint Teresa suggests someone lacks saintly patience or virtue.
