Rugrats

Little ones, informally

Rugrats is an American animated television series that aired from 1991 to 2004, following the adventures of a group of toddlers as they imagine and explore the world around them.

The show became a cultural touchstone for millennials: I grew up watching Rugrats every Saturday morning. (Lowercase rugrats is slang for young children.)
