Scooby gang
Teen mystery solvers
A Scooby gang is a group of friends who investigate mysteries or fight evil together, from the cartoon *Scooby-Doo* and later applied to the ensemble in *Buffy the Vampire Slayer*.
The term suggests a ragtag but loyal team of amateurs taking on problems bigger than themselves: Our little Scooby gang figured out who was stealing from the register.
