Palomino
Name from horses
A palomino is a horse with a golden or tan coat and a white or cream-colored mane and tail.
The coloring occurs across many breeds rather than defining a single breed.
The word comes from Spanish, where it originally meant a young dove—the pale coloring suggesting the connection: She rode a beautiful palomino across the pasture.
