Lincoln Logs
Notched building sticks
Lincoln Logs are a children's construction toy consisting of miniature notched wooden logs that interlock at the corners to build small cabins and structures.
Named after Abraham Lincoln, who was born in a log cabin, the toy has been popular in America since the early twentieth century: We spent the afternoon building a fort with Lincoln Logs.
