Magna-Tiles is a brand of magnetic building toys—translucent plastic tiles with magnets embedded in the edges that snap together to form structures.
Children use them to build towers, houses, and geometric shapes on flat surfaces or in three dimensions.
The name has become somewhat generic for similar magnetic tile sets: The daycare just got new Magna-Tiles.
