Goldenrod

Florida city name

Goldenrod is a plant with tall stems bearing clusters of small yellow flowers, common in North American fields and roadsides in late summer and fall.

Often blamed for hay fever, though ragweed is usually the true culprit.

The word also names a warm yellow color: goldenrod paper, a goldenrod blazer.
