Christopher Wren

Christopher Wren was an English architect and scientist, best known for designing St Paul's Cathedral and more than fifty other London churches after the Great Fire of 1666.

His work defined English Baroque architecture.

Wren also made contributions to astronomy and mathematics before turning primarily to architecture.

Wren's influence shaped London's skyline for centuries.
