2x10
Standard framing wood
A 2x10 is a piece of dimensional lumber nominally two inches thick and ten inches wide, though actual measurements are smaller (typically 1.5 by 9.25 inches).
Used in construction for floor joists, headers, and other structural applications requiring more strength than smaller boards: We need 2x10s for the deck frame.
