write-ups
Formal documented evaluations
Write-ups are written accounts, reports, or descriptions of something.
A journalist files a write-up of an event; a supervisor prepares a write-up of an employee's performance.
In workplace contexts, a write-up often means a formal disciplinary notice: He got a write-up for being late three times.
Reviews and summaries are commonly called write-ups: The restaurant got a nice write-up in the local paper.
