Wheatmeal is flour made from wheat with some of the bran and germ removed, falling between white flour and wholemeal in coarseness and nutritional content.
Common in British usage for breads and biscuits that are heartier than white but lighter than whole wheat: wheatmeal bread, wheatmeal crackers.
