wholemeal

Nothing sifted out

Wholemeal is a British term for flour or bread made from the entire wheat grain, including the bran and germ, rather than refined white flour.

It's equivalent to American whole wheat.

I prefer wholemeal bread for its nutty flavor and extra fiber.

The term applies to other grains as well, describing any product where the whole grain is used rather than stripped of its outer layers.
