unchoke

Remove the blockage

To unchoke is to clear a blockage or restriction.

In computing and file sharing, unchoking allows data to flow to a peer that was previously choked (blocked from receiving): The client unchoked the fastest uploaders first.

More generally, to unchoke is to free something from obstruction: He unchoked the drain with a plunger.
