trypophobia

Dread of perforations

Trypophobia is an aversion to clusters of small holes or bumps—honeycombs, lotus seed pods, certain corals, or skin conditions with grouped lesions.

The sight triggers discomfort, disgust, or anxiety in those affected.

Whether it qualifies as a true phobia is debated, but the visceral reaction is well-documented: Those images of holes in skin triggered my trypophobia.
