tonner
Ship by weight
A tonner is a vehicle, vessel, or other thing classified by its weight or cargo capacity in tons.
The word almost always appears with a number: a ten-tonner is a truck that can carry ten tons, a thousand-tonner is a ship displacing that much.
The suffix works for any tonnage: five-tonner, fifty-tonner.
