timecard

Worker's attendance log

A timecard is a record of when an employee starts and finishes work, used to calculate wages or track attendance.

Originally a physical card punched by a time clock, timecards are now often digital: Don't forget to submit your timecard by Friday.

To punch a timecard or be on the clock suggests hourly wage work rather than salaried employment.
