tech neck
Screen-induced cervical strain
Tech neck is the neck pain, stiffness, and postural strain that comes from looking down at phones, tablets, and laptops for extended periods.
The head's forward tilt puts extra stress on the cervical spine: I've been getting tech neck from working on my laptop in bed.
Also called text neck.
