chin tuck
Double-maker exercise move
A chin tuck is a postural exercise where you draw your chin straight back toward your neck, creating a "double chin" appearance.
Physical therapists prescribe it to counteract forward head posture from prolonged computer or phone use: Do ten chin tucks every hour at your desk.
The movement strengthens neck muscles and aligns the cervical spine.
