tear-offs
Rip-away contact tabs
Tear-offs are perforated strips designed to be removed from a larger piece—coupons torn from flyers, contact tabs from posted notices, or the transparent film layers on racing helmets and goggles that drivers rip away when vision gets obscured: He pulled a tear-off from his visor after the mud splattered up.
The term also describes the style of poster with hanging tabs: I made tear-offs to advertise my tutoring services.
