Wheeled beverage cart
A tea trolley is a small wheeled cart for serving tea, drinks, or light refreshments.
It typically has two or three tiers and is rolled into a room for convenient service: She wheeled in the tea trolley with scones and sandwiches.
Chiefly British; Americans more often say tea cart or serving cart.
