t-pins
Long-shanked craft pins
T-pins are long straight pins with a T-shaped head, used for securing fabric to a flat surface during blocking, pattern work, or display.
The perpendicular head makes them easy to push in and pull out, and keeps them from slipping through loosely woven material.
Common in knitting, sewing, and mounting specimens: She used t-pins to block the lace shawl.
