swimfins
Diver's foot gear
Swimfins are rubber or plastic footwear with wide, flat extensions that increase propulsive force when kicking through water.
Worn by swimmers, snorkelers, and scuba divers, they attach to the feet and translate leg movements into efficient forward motion.
Also called flippers or fins: I forgot my swimfins at the hotel.
