Amphibious endurance event
Swim-run is an endurance sport combining trail running and open-water swimming in alternating segments, with competitors wearing the same gear throughout—typically wetsuits and running shoes for both disciplines.
Unlike triathlon, there's no transition area; athletes move continuously between land and water: We did a swim-run race through the Swedish archipelago.
