stalkee
Object of obsession
A stalkee is the person being stalked—the target of obsessive, unwanted attention or surveillance.
The word is informal and somewhat playful, formed by adding -ee to stalker's root: She joked about being his stalkee, but the situation wasn't funny.
It's useful when you need a word for the victim's role in stalking.
