spoken

Not just thought

Spoken is the past participle of speak, used to form perfect tenses I have spoken and as an adjective describing verbal rather than written communication: a spoken agreement, the spoken word.

With a modifier, it describes manner of speech: soft-spoken, well-spoken, plain-spoken.

Spoken for means already claimed or reserved: That last slice of cake is spoken for.
