roll up

Coil for storage

Roll up means to form something into a cylinder by turning it over on itself: roll up a sleeping bag, roll up your sleeves.

To roll up somewhere is to arrive, often casually or unexpectedly: She rolled up an hour late.

In British slang, a roll-up is a hand-rolled cigarette.

To roll up on someone is to approach them, sometimes with threatening intent.
