Short cocktail cup
A rocks glass is a short, wide tumbler used for serving spirits neat or over ice—the "rocks" being ice cubes.
The broad base and thick walls accommodate ice and allow swirling.
Standard capacity is six to ten ounces.
Also called an old-fashioned glass or lowball glass: He poured two fingers of bourbon into a rocks glass.
