rehearsal notes
Practice session annotations
Rehearsal notes are written feedback given to performers and crew after a theater, dance, or music rehearsal.
A director or stage manager compiles observations about what needs fixing—blocking adjustments, missed cues, line changes, technical problems.
The notes are typically distributed or read aloud before the next rehearsal: We'll give rehearsal notes in five minutes, then run Act Two again.
