rebleach
Second whitening treatment
To rebleach is to bleach again—applying a whitening or lightening treatment a second time.
Hair that didn't lift enough the first time gets rebleached.
Fabrics or surfaces that have yellowed may need rebleaching: The curtains had dulled, so I rebleached them.
