privy seal
Monarch's secondary stamp
A privy seal is a seal used by a sovereign for documents that don't require the great seal of state—typically for personal or less formal matters.
In Britain, the Lord Privy Seal is a cabinet minister whose original function of keeping this seal has become ceremonial; the position now carries whatever duties the prime minister assigns.
