pixel size
Screen grain measurement
Pixel size refers to the physical dimensions of individual pixels, either on a display screen or in a digital image sensor.
In displays, smaller pixels create sharper images because more can fit in the same space.
In cameras, larger pixels capture more light, improving low-light performance.
The term also describes the area a single pixel represents in digital imagery: At this resolution, the pixel size is about ten meters on the ground.
