overbridge
Elevated roadway passage
An overbridge is a bridge that carries a road or railway over another route, as opposed to an underpass that goes beneath.
The term is more common in British and Commonwealth English: The pedestrian overbridge connects the two platforms.
In American usage, overpass is the usual term.
