Web-based contact databases
Online directories are searchable databases of information organized by category, typically accessible through websites.
They list businesses, people, services, or resources with contact details and descriptions: Find a local plumber through an online directory.
Modern examples include Yelp, Yellow Pages sites, and professional networks.
They've largely replaced printed phone books and business directories.
