oldness
State of aging
Oldness is the quality or state of being old.
The word applies to age in any sense—the oldness of a building, of a tradition, of a person.
It's less common than age or antiquity, appearing mainly when emphasizing the characteristic itself rather than duration: The oldness of the house was part of its charm.
