nucleated

Containing a core

Nucleated describes something that has a nucleus or has formed around a central point.

In biology, nucleated cells contain a nucleus, as opposed to red blood cells in mammals, which lack one: nucleated red blood cells are found in birds and reptiles.

More broadly, nucleated describes development that clusters around a core: a nucleated village, nucleated settlement patterns.
