normal lens
Fifty millimeter glass
A normal lens in photography produces an image with perspective similar to human vision—neither wide-angle nor telephoto.
On a 35mm camera, this is typically around 50mm focal length.
Normal lenses are versatile for everyday shooting: I grabbed my normal lens for the street photography walk.
