lifelike
True to life
Lifelike describes something that closely resembles a living thing in appearance or behavior: a lifelike portrait, lifelike robots.
The word applies to art, mannequins, prosthetics, digital animations, and anything artificial that successfully mimics life.
A lifelike quality can be admirable in a sculpture or unsettling in a wax figure.
