nonintervention
Hands-off foreign policy
Nonintervention is the policy or practice of not interfering in the affairs of others, especially a nation's refusal to involve itself in another country's internal conflicts or governance: The president advocated nonintervention in the civil war.
The term appears most often in foreign policy debates, where it contrasts with interventionist approaches.
