natural child
Out of wedlock
A natural child is one born to unmarried parents—the older legal term for what is now usually called a child born out of wedlock.
The phrase also distinguishes biological children from adopted or stepchildren: She has two natural children and one adopted son.
Context usually makes clear which sense is meant.
