mule train
Burro cargo procession
A mule train is a line of mules traveling together, typically carrying goods or supplies through difficult terrain.
Before roads and railways, mule trains were essential for transporting cargo across mountains and through regions where wheeled vehicles couldn't pass: The mule train carried silver ore down from the mines.
The term sometimes extends to any procession moving single file along a narrow path.
