moviemakers
Hollywood studio personnel
Moviemakers are the people who create films—directors, producers, writers, cinematographers, and others involved in bringing movies to existence.
The term encompasses both the creative and business sides of filmmaking: Hollywood moviemakers have always chased spectacle.
It's slightly more casual than "filmmakers," often appearing in journalism and general discussion rather than industry contexts.
