minifigures
Small plastic characters
Minifigures are the small articulated plastic figures used in Lego sets, typically about 4 centimeters tall with blocky proportions, C-shaped hands, and interchangeable parts.
Collectors trade rare minifigures, and the term has expanded to similar small figures from other toy systems: The Star Wars minifigures are worth more than the rest of the set.
Often shortened to minifigs.
