management board
Executive oversight group
A management board is the executive body responsible for running an organization's daily operations, distinct from a supervisory board that oversees strategy and governance.
The term is especially common in European corporate structures, where two-tier boards separate management from oversight: The management board reports quarterly to the supervisory board.
