Not open meeting
A closed session is a meeting or portion of a meeting from which the public and press are excluded.
Legislative bodies, courts, and boards enter closed session to discuss sensitive matters—personnel decisions, pending litigation, security issues.
The opposite is open session or public session.
The council went into closed session to discuss the lawsuit.
