low-rider

Slammed custom car

A low-rider is a car modified to ride extremely close to the ground, typically with a lowered suspension and often equipped with hydraulics that allow the chassis to bounce or tilt.

The style originated in Mexican-American communities in the American Southwest.

Low-rider also describes someone who wears pants slung low on the hips: Pull up your pants—nobody wants to see you low-riding.
