just keep swimming

Push through anyway

Just keep swimming is an exhortation to persist through difficulty, popularized by the 2003 film *Finding Nemo* where it serves as a mantra for the forgetful fish Dory.

The phrase encourages continuing forward despite obstacles, uncertainty, or exhaustion—the aquatic equivalent of putting one foot in front of the other: Things are rough right now, but just keep swimming.
