iced-over
Covered in frost
Iced-over describes a surface covered or sealed by a layer of ice: The pond was completely iced-over by January.
It applies to windows, roads, lakes, or anything that freezes over.
The term can also work figuratively for something cold or closed off: Her iced-over expression gave nothing away.
