unfrozen

Returned to liquid

Unfrozen describes something that was frozen but is no longer—ice that has melted, meat that has thawed, assets that have been released: The unfrozen chicken should be cooked within two days.

It can also describe something that was never frozen to begin with: unfrozen fresh fish.

Figuratively, unfrozen suggests restored motion or flexibility after a period of stasis.
