high-water
Maximum tide level
High-water refers to the highest level reached by a body of water, especially during a tide or flood.
The term appears most often as a modifier: a high-water mark is the line left by water at its peak, and figuratively, the highest point of achievement or success: That album was the high-water mark of her career.
